The commitment / Community leadership
What leading actually looks like.
Lead from wherever you are. Community Ambassadors can participate from any state or country, bringing Generations Together into their own schools and local communities. With guidance from our team, ambassadors organize projects around the needs of the people they serve.
Recruit and organize.
Introduce Generations Together to your school or community, bring together interested volunteers, and organize a local team around meaningful service opportunities.
Lead approved projects.
Organize and carry out at least two GT-approved service projects or campaigns each semester. Coordinate volunteers and project logistics with guidance and resources from our team.
Document and follow through.
Track volunteer participation, document project outcomes, and communicate updates with Generations Together. Use what you learn to strengthen future projects and sustain local involvement.
